Full History of Ebenezer

Written and compiled by Pastor Dan Koenig and Professor William Gehrke. The early history was based on records and writings by Professor William Gehrke. Information was also received from Barbara Gehrke, Pat Huffine and members who have kept photographs and other documents. Pastor Koenig added some material to the old section and wrote the sections beyond 1950. The history includes line drawings by Pastor Koenig to illustrate the feel and the actual ministry taking place within the church.

Our Fellowship Hall

Our Fellowship Hall was built in 1998. It is primarily a gymnasium that is used as a multi-purpose room. Its most common uses are: basketball for members and their friends every Monday and Wednesday night starting around 7:45PM, for the Youth on Sunday Evenings and other special Youth events, and also for the Covered Dish every 2nd Sunday of the month after second service.

VBS - 2017

Vacation Bible School is quickly approaching! The year it will be June 12-16 from 6-8pm with a light supper before, beginning at 5:30pm.  The theme is "A Mighty Fortress"!  In preparation for VBS, Suzanne Bahr will be working with the students to construct a Castle Church, like the one on which Martin Luther nailed the 95 Theses to start the Protestant Reformation.  Please bring any boxes you may have, especially LARGE ones, to Suzanne's Sunday School room - upstairs across from the fellowship hall!   THANKS!
